| Scope and timeline are the first elements to lock down. From initial discussions regarding the project content and the customers financial/timescale constraints, we dig deep into the details to provide our clients with cost/time/quality balanced options, so they can choose a tailored service. For large projects, a work proposal document outlining the creative ideas and options for the work we can do is provided free of charge and includes Gantt charts (MS Project format) showing how resources would be allocated to the project to achieve the deadline. |
||
| Once we are in agreement with the client on scope and timeline, our quotation is produced and is fully itemised. We have come from working in-house for companies exactly the same as those of our clients. We understand exactly how long something will take to do right and so we are not in the business of pricing costs or signing up to deadlines we can’t achieve and then fail to deliver. We are thorough at the start so we can be sure we don’t let our customers down. | ||
| Our projects are fully managed internally with the client only needing to deal with a single representative from Atomhawk. Resource allocation is tracked daily through MS Project, and charts are available at request from the client at any time. We are fully accustomed to both traditional “Waterfall” art management techniques, which are ideal for set concept art and asset production, as well as more “Agile” development methods, which we tend to use for creative concept design, UI/Web design and video production. | ||
| Regular review and feedback is the key to producing great work and happy clients. Official project reporting can be tailored from weekly to daily depending on the intensity of the project and the client’s needs/availability to be involved. We are always in the office during core work hours and also available for phone calls outside of core hours. This means that if you are a European based client, U.S. or even further afield, you can always reach out and speak to us with minimum of delay. |

This part is simple. Using this management process means we always deliver quality work, on time and with the minimum of hassle!
