Scope And Timeline
    From initial discussions regarding the project content and the customer's financial/timescale constraints, we dig deep into the details to provide our clients with cost/time/quality balanced options, so they can choose a tailored service.

    For large projects, a work proposal document outlining the creative ideas and options is provided free of charge and includes Gantt charts (MS Project format) showing how resources would be allocated to the project.
Quotation
    Our quotations are fully itemised and based on an agreed scope and timescale. We are thorough at the start so we can be sure we don't let our customers down.
Project Management
    Our projects are fully managed internally with the client only needing to deal with a single representative from Atomhawk. Resource allocation is tracked daily and updates are available at request when needed.
Communication And Reporting
    Regular review and feedback is the key to producing great work and happy clients. Official project reporting can be tailored from weekly to daily depending on the intensity of the project and the client's needs.
Delivery
    This part is simple. Using this management process means we always deliver quality work, on time and with the minimum of hassle!
