The Atomhawk charity Christmas card began last year when we decided that we would like to send out a company Christmas card to our clients and supporters and make a festive charity donation.
We couldn't decide which charity to chose, as we all have different causes that are close to us, so we hatched a plan to combine designing our own card with deciding on a great cause for our donation. The artists here in the studio would volunteer to design a card and a name would be drawn out of a hat (or other suitable container) to decide who would paint the final card.
In return, Atomhawk donates £500 to a UK registered charity of the selected artist's choice. The previous year's winner cannot compete in the following year. That way everyone should get a turn to show their awesome and often crazy ideas.
